Our Leadership Core
MCCSA is governed by
an eighteen member Board of Directors that
equally represents the public, private, and
poor community sectors of the original six
chartered counties. Public and private
members are appointed by the entities they
represent, whereas those members
representative of the poor are
democratically elected in community
meetings. MCCSA's Board of Directors,
administrators and staff remain committed to
providing quality programs and services in
an effort to end the cycle of poverty and
promote self-sufficiency in the lives of low
income persons.
We've Grown
MCCSA's original

also extended its Adolescent Offender

Smith counties.

area, designed to assist different members
of the population. These programs included
